Our Story
Redcoat Protection Group Ltd was founded to bring a different kind of risk management consultancy to individuals and organisations — one built on real operational experience rather than purely academic frameworks.
The foundation of that experience is six years’ service in the British Army, including operational experience in the Middle East, followed by two years delivering close protection internationally. That background has given a first-hand understanding of how threats actually unfold in high-pressure, unpredictable environments — and what genuinely reduces risk, versus what simply looks good on paper.
That operational grounding is now being formalised through the Security Risk Management Consultants qualification, currently in progress, allowing Redcoat to combine hard-earned frontline experience with structured, professional methodology.

We believe effective risk management isn’t about generic checklists. It’s about understanding the specific pressures, environments, and vulnerabilities each client faces, and building strategies that hold up under real conditions.
All engagements are handled with strict discretion and confidentiality, whether working with a private individual, a family, or an organisation.
Where We’re Headed
Redcoat Protection Group is based in South Wales and available for consultancy work UK wide, with plans to extend into Barbados as the business grows.
